Derek Stanford papers, 1965-1968.

Collection consists of 12 autograph and typescript letters between Stanford and Michel Remy (who was writing a thesis on David Gascoyne at the time), the Poetry Society, and the Scotsman Magazine. The correspondence dates from 1965 to 1968. Also included are autograph typescript and carbon copy typescript drafts of various essays and articles written by Stanford about David Gascoyne, as well as Stanford's unpublished autobiography, The Pumpkin Tree.
